Kate Tsui Not Wasting Time, Find Mr. Right and Go Right into Marriage

Yesterday Kate Tsui, Sammy Sum and William Chak attended the promotional event of TVB Pearl drama Elementary. Kate appeared to have slimmed down, she disclosed she is preparing to shoot a fashion commercial, thus she has to eat less and exercise more to lose weight. She has already lost several pounds.

Asked if her weight loss might shrink her cup size? She laughed: "I never really had much anyway. Its more like my wallet is shrinking because the weight loss machine cost money too. This is my fourth year collaborating with the slimming company, and I get a raise each time we collaborate. I'm very pleased." In the past year, Kate has been so busy, its impossible to ever finish working. She disclosed she will be heading to Taiwan to shoot a new film, then flying over to Singapore for promotions, then to Genting for a concert and finally to Beijing for the film festival.

Since she's earning so much now, does she intend to buy another home? She said: "What do you mean another? I'm currently living with my mother, but I promised her I'll be a homeowner this year and have my parents live comfortably after retirement. The housing prices are just too high, I will have to wait until the prices fall a little first before I'm capable of buy one."

Asked whether she plans to buy a mansion? She said: "No, but my mom has her own expectations on a home. Well I do want her to live comfortably too. (Does she have high expectations on your choice of boyfriend too?) She has rushed me, she said its urgent, but I don't want to be impulsive. She told me not to waste any more time, I must choose a right one and date the guy only if he is a marriagable partner. Even my friends are trying to introduce me to guys now, but I don't want to be impulsive."

Jessica Hsuan's 42nd birthday, hopes 'Tiger Cubs' finale rating is 42 points as well

Yesterday Joe Ma and Jessica Hsuan organized a celebration for the success of TVB series Tiger Cubs. The two leads met up with the cast and crew for dinner and enjoyed the finale together. The producer excitedly tried to boost the atmosphere and told the male artists to lift the female artists up in order to help keep the ratings up.

The night of the finale was also the night of the Olympics basketball game finale, Joe hoped the ratings could beat the Olympics. "It's hard to predict. Tiger Cubs got pretty good ratings and feedback, but the Olympics is a huge event, viewers have a choice. (Will you go topless if the ratings surpass 40 points?) When the ratings hit a certain point, I can do something for the series." He joked, last time at the cruise party several of the cast couldn't make it, so this time he hopes to take a 'Tigers Cubs' A&F' photo with Oscar Leung and Him Law and win honor for the people of Hong Kong.

Jessica just came back from Shanghai after celebrating her 42nd birthday with over a 100 fans a few days ago. Yesterday, the cast celebrated with Jessica with a birthday cake and kisses from Joe and Oscar. She hoped the ratings could be 42 (points) too and then she can force Joe to go topless. Jessica expressed the sequel is not confirmed yet. As for renewing her TVB contract, she will have to wait for the sequel to confirm first before she makes considerations because she fears of having restrictions if she renews and affect her development in Mainland. Is her birthday wish to find a boyfriend? Jessica said: "I can have many wishes, this week many friends have invited me out to eat. (Any pursuers?) They are all friends."

At the event, Vincent had to apologize, as he knelt down and gave his wife Yoyo Chen tea. He laughed and said because in the series, he and Him Law had to arrest Yoyo and hurt her in the process, so now he's apologizing to her. Also, Oscar reveals Netizens have been scolding Christine Kuo, his girlfriend in the series, because Netizens still likes him paired with Mandy Wong.

Vincent Wong, Benjamin Yuen & William Chak's Memorable 'Tiger Cubs' Scenes

TVB handsome guys Vincent Wong, Benjamin Yuen and William Chak possess healthy body figures. In their new series, Tiger Cubs, they play members of the SDU and went through a chain of physical training. For the sake of making the scenes realistic, Vincent gets injured while shooting a car chasing scene: "That scene, we had to roll on the ground and then dodge the on coming car, but at the time I rolled into a large rock, that I couldn't see and injured my back. I went to see the doctor later and found out my pelvic bone shifted. I had to do 2-3 months of physical therapy!"

In the series, the actors often show off their built bodies, displaying their masculine charm. Ben was asked if he and the other actors compared their body shapes? He laughed: "Actually we all have different figures, but when this group of men are together, it feels pretty cool! The most memorable is each time we have those bathing scenes, we would first get together and do some pull ups before the shoot! Haha."

As for William, Tiger Cubs is his first TVB series, so it was very meaningful for him. He frankly expressed shooting this series had many challenging action scenes. He said: "I remember there was one scene where we had to climb up the fake ceiling to get into another room to capture the criminal, that night Oscar Li and I were arranged to do this scene. We waited 5 hours before we broke and jumped into the room. So it was really memorable!"

Sire Ma & William Chak have 'dating' chemistry

In the latest TVB costume series House of Harmony and Vengeance, Sire Ma and William Chak develop a relationship and have created lots of romantic sparks! In the series, Sire plays a dancer and has a crush on her image adviser William. "Because William and JJ [Jia] also have a relationship, and at the time my role thought he liked JJ's type of girls. So I always had to be like JJ, put on heavy makeup and wear sexy clothing. I created a lot of trouble!"

Sire also praised William's diligence in real life and that he knows how to look after the people around him. She said: "I remember we had a scene, where I had to jump into the hot spring. The hot spring had disinfectant added into it, so when I was immersed into the water, it made my throat feel uncomfortable and I felt like coughing. But because the scene was about me passing out, William knew to give me a little shake when he carried me out and that helped blur my appearance on camera, otherwise we would have had to retake the scene several times!"

William frankly expressed they are both under the same manager, so they know each other well in private. He also praised Sire is a good actress and she has an easy to get along personality. In the series, William plays a pretty boy who always wants to look good. William laughed and said in real life, he's quite particular about his looks too: "Most important for guys is to be neat and tidy, but you know I like to play sports and Kung Fu. With exception of having to put on makeup for work, I usually don't really care about these things in my personal life, haha."
